As our family now celebrates the third generation of Canadians, we are incredibly grateful to this country for the opportunity to create such a wonderful life for our family. Canada has provided a society where hard work and sacrifices can lead to success.

Our family, like many others, immigrated to this country in the 1960s and 1970s, taking on demanding jobs in lumber mills in remote areas, enduring harsh winters with temperatures reaching minus 40 degrees. Despite the hardships, they were grateful to have employment and to live in a country built on strong core values.

As we approach our 50th year in business, we sometimes forget to talk about our rich Canadian history—a story that is common from coast to coast. We are proud to be Canadian and deeply invested in the local communities we serve. Throughout the years, we have experienced both challenging and prosperous times, but one thing remains true: as Canadians, when times are tough, we work harder and emerge stronger.
