CONVECT BAKE

Convect Bake uses the bake and broil heating elements and a fan to achieve more even heating when cooking on multiple racks.* *Compared to a traditional thermal-bake cycle on the same model.

CONVECT BROIL

When cooking thicker cuts of meat like bone-in chicken or steaks over an inch thick, use the Convect Broil setting to brown the top while still keeping the hot air circulating around the food in the oven to cook your food.
